We are in Ubud, cultural capital of the island, noted for its art galleries, museums and crafts, temples, palaces, markets, restaurants and cafes, but also worth knowing the surroundings.

Indonesia is the largest archipelago on the planet and the travel options are immense. In this first trip we will visit the islands of Java, Bali, Gili and Lombok. Each one of them is totally different and wonderful, although they have common links there are big differences.
We arrive in Madrid tired, we take our rental car, and in two hours we are in Burgos. It has been an impressive trip, we are sure we will come back.
It's 4 a.m., our taxi is waiting to take us to the Airport. Our flight leaves for Madrid with a stopover in Dubai, we still have a long way to go.

Our flight has been cancelled! After dawn... Our flight left at 6 in the morning (from Kuta it takes half an hour by taxi to the airport), and as they haven't filled the seats they have cancelled it, so we go to the complaints desk, after about twenty minutes arguing we manage to get on a flight that leaves at 10 and makes a one hour stopover in Denpasar Bali.
We have breakfast at the hostel and a swim in the pool. We rent motorbikes in the accommodation itself, we are recommended to come back during the day to avoid problems.
We get up early to catch the first public boat to Lombok. At 9 o'clock it fills up and we leave towards Bangsal.

We stayed in Trawangan, rented some bikes to tour the island. The track runs along the island parallel to the sea, impressive views.

Today we visit Gili Air, go to the pier and take the public boat (you can go with private companies but they are more expensive). It stops at Gili Meno first.
