We'll walk the 11 kilometers from Jinshanling to Simatai. We're going in a van with an American. We start the walk by climbing one of the towers.

It's spectacular, especially when you imagine how many people had to work on its construction. There are sections in better condition than others, in each tower a man selling souvenirs, water, or whatever.

The views are amazing, at the end of the tour you have the option to go on a zip line across a lake, although if you see the state of the harness I do not know if it is a good idea to use it.

In Simatai we eat and return to Beijing, an intense and wonderful day.
