We have our continental breakfast again at the hostel. Today we will spend the morning shopping at the Silk Market again. What was supposed to be a quick shopping spree turns into endless hours, haggling is a hard experience in China.

We visited Quianmen's modernized hutong, full of shops, with a tram.

Our last afternoon is dedicated to visiting the area where the 2008 Olympic Games took place. Super-modern subway line. The Olympic Village is amazing, emblematic constructions like the Nest (Olympic stadium), the Water Cube (aquatic center) or the great Olympic torch are impressive both day and night. It is a very clean area with large avenues, ponds and gardens. It is worth a visit.

We are very lucky to see the most enormous moon we have ever seen, quite a spectacle.
