We want to visit the Arrayanes forest in Nahuel Huapi National Park. The Arrayanes are some shrubs that grow in this place forming an incredible forest. It is a unique place in the world, you can get there from Bariloche by boat or from Villa La Angostura with a 12km trekking.

We take a public transport (bus line 20), it takes about forty five minutes to get to Puerto Pañuelo, on the outskirts of Bariloche. It is about 30 km from Bariloche to the port, since Lake Nahuel Huapi is about one hundred kilometers long and the whole road is full of fairytale houses overlooking the lake.

It is necessary to arrive at the port with certain advance since it is necessary to pay the port tax and the access to the Park.

Once on the boat we make a stop on an island with an experimental tree nursery from the northern hemisphere.
